Tommy O'Donnell and Simon Zebo made their return to Munster training this week after overcoming respective ankle and knee injuries from Ireland's summer tour of Japan and the USA.

O'Donnell was initially named in Joe Schmidt's 31 man summer tour squad but had to withdraw from the tour just over a week before Ireland's first game against the United States, while Zebo sat out the final game of the tour after aggravating a pre-existing knee injury before the second test against Japan.
After spending the last two months rehabilitating his ankle, the Munster flanker returned to full training this week alongside Zebo.
Meanwhile Munster captain Peter O’Mahony returned to the High Performance Centre on Monday and will follow a tailored programme as he is integrated into preseason over the coming weeks, while fellow Lions, Conor Murray and CJ Stander, will return to the Munster fold next week.
Number eight Robin Copeland and fly-half JJ Hanrahan (both shoulder) have progressed to modified training while flanker Conor Oliver continues to be assessed for the shoulder injury he sustained in preseason.
Munster play their first game of the pre-season against the Worcester Warriors at Sixways on August 24 before welcoming Treviso to Irish Independent Park for their PRO14 opener on September 1.
